As I had the opportunity to use my homepage for lots of occassions, for example when I talked to people on the other end of the planet, I quickely got aware of its importance and therefore I built it to the current extent.
I found it to be very practical to have the possibility to show my certificates instantly (for example while I am on the phone), to refer to certain data and to give a clue about my personality. I noticed that I have a larger possibility to get the message I want across, as I am not limited to the conventional layout of a paper cv.
